Is our data ever used to train a model?
No. Your data is only ever used to answer your team's questions. It is never used to train or fine-tune a model, ours or anyone else's.
What happens if we go over our monthly AI usage?
We reach out before anything is throttled. Most teams never get close to the allowance; if you do, we'll walk you through options first, no surprise cutoff.
How is this different from just giving everyone a chatbot?
